Our Story

7 years ago, Cheryl from Johor, fell in love with Pao from Penang. She moved to Penang in 2014, and started to rent a place to live. The first place she rented was not convenient; no shops nearby, too far from workplace.

Then she moved to a good location. But the interior was old fashioned, wall was dirty, fixture was broken.

Moved again to a new, original unit, not renovated, not furnished. Slept on a mattress on the floor, always kept clothes in luggage, heard echo when speaking (because the unit is creepily empty…)

She could never find a perfect place to live, until…

Yep, you guessed it right, until she got married to Pao.

Cheryl knew there are still a lot of tenants who are suffering what she has gone through. She wanted to make it right, giving tenants what they deserve. Cheryl has a new dream, to create rooms for rent, in which tenants get the best value for the rental they pay every month:

  • Not only a place to live, but a groovy kind of lifestyle
  • Not only basic needs fulfilled, but also premium necessity provided
  • Not only normal requests responded, but response with passion

After 5 years, Azulo was created to make Cheryl’s dream come alive. The dream she had with eyes wide open, finally Azulo makes it happen.

Incorporated In May 2019.
2 Locations Established By End Of 2019, Relau And Jelutong.

50 Rooms In Plan

With 32 New Rooms Targeted, We Will Cover 3 More Locations.
